“In this world of mass marketing the individual is sometimes lost. On my trip to Africa for 10 weeks this never occurred … my every wish became a reality”

Whilst on safari in East Africa, there are a variety of accommodation choices. The lodges, which are hotels in the bush, are often constructed from local materials in order to blend into the surrounding environment and are equipped with all the modern facilities and comforts. The permanent Camps are really lodges where the rooms are constructed from canvas like a very large tent. Most have all the furniture and amenities of a normal lodge room. Most guests find it preferable to select the smaller lodges or camps with fewer rooms as this tends to make them more personal and service orientated. Many have swimming pools and most have great views.
