The partners are Lis and Tony Farrell running the East African operations, based in Nairobi, Kenya, Justina Lambert running the US sales office based in Albuquerque, US and Gautier de Pazzis running the French sales office based in Paris, France.

Lis and Tony, who have operated safaris for over thirty five years grew up in East Africa. Their childhoods were spent in remote areas where safaris and camps were a basic part of growing up and adventures in the bush almost a daily occurrence.
Justina’s upbringing and unmatched enthusiasm for remote places, animals and peoples, gained from her parents’ love of the wild, and her extensive African travels has, over the years, given her a wealth of experience of the safari world.
Gautier’s guiding of safaris for much of his working life has given him an extensive  knowledge of East Africa and it's wildlife whilst his professional experience has given him a broad understanding of the industry as a whole.
